Well seems like Apple strapped on their big boy pants again and saddled Samsung with a motion for a preliminary injunction with the US District Court for the Northern District of California. According to reports discovered by FOSS Patents, Apple set its sights on four devices: the Infuse 4G, Galaxy S 4G, Droid Charge, and Galaxy Tab 10.1. If everything holds up for Apple, things won't be boding well for Samsung as the aforesaid products may well be infriging on Apple's rights. Samsung might be forced to pull those products off the shelves within a couple of months. If it falls through, however, Apple's entire case will take a massive hit. Come on folks, can't we all just get along and play nice. It isn't hard just start with a hug…come on big boys hug it out.
