ThinkGeek brings valentine love for all you geeks out there

Yes even geeks can show their love in some very unique ways.  The folks over at ThinkGeek have thought of everything and they have a page dedicated to this very idea.  You can find it here.  Here I will highlight just a few things that I hope to take a closer look at and share with you my thoughts on how to take this Valentine’s to a whole new geek level of awesometown.

8-Bit Dynamic Life Shirt – $17.99 – $24.99

Staying healthy is the key to keeping yourself alive. Video game characters know this all too well. When your red heart gauge reaches zero… you die. For non-bitmap humans like you this is more of a challenge. But luckily after extensive study at ThinkGeek labs we’ve determined that people feel best when they are in close proximity to something that they adore. Don’t understand? Well luckily for you we’ve created this amazing 8-Bit Dynamic Life Shirt to illustrate.

Now you take two shirts with light up heart life meters.  Separate them and watch the life bar slowly go down, then the closer you move towards your loved one your heart life bar replenishes.  What better way to show your love for someone then a visual representation of your love for them.

Important Note: You need to purchase at least two shirts or one shirt and a Transmitter Pack for the 8-Bit Dynamic Life Shirt to work properly. Remember the Transmitter Pack is OPTIONAL You can just buy two shirts.

Snarky Valentine’s Day Cards – $9.99

I am a huge fan of the unusual gift cards.  Something to really show off my inner personality.  Snarky would be a trait I admire most.

Valentine’s Day has been built up by the mass media and greeting card companies into just another “holiday” where people feel beholden to adorn their beloved with gifts. Those without said beloveds are made to feel inadequate – and that just plain sucks. Well, channel that attitude into some actual cards for Valentine’s Day, and you have this set of Snarky Valentine’s Day Cards pretty well summed up.

Strikingly colored and illustrated with classic looking graphics, theseSnarky Valentine’s Day Cards will definitely make sure you express your true feelings. Such gems of romance include:

  • I want to grow old and disgusting with you.
  • Big dinners make me drowsy so let’s do the sex part first.
  • I could watch TV with you forever.

This collection of Snarky Valentine’s Day Cards is sure to make an impression on your beloved. Just be careful, though, or your beloved might very well return the favor by making an impression on your face!

Please Note: These are for adults only, due to strong language.

Snarky Valentine’s Day Cards

  • Six deliciously snarky cards for spicing up Valentine’s Day.
  • Each card includes an envelope (at no extra charge).
  • Insides are blank for adding your own personal message, additional humor, or sincere apology.

Like I said these are just a small sample of what ThinkGeek has to offer.  Please I beg of you to go and check out the website and just let your inner geek out.
