LUCAS Sound System Now Available for Multitude of Uses

NASHVILLE, TN, (July 24, 2012) — HK Audio is pleased to announce the U.S. debut of LUCAS Nano (Lightweight Ultra Compact Active System). This new sound reinforcement system offers an ideal combination of small size, convenient options, and sound quality that rivals comparatively larger systems.

A must-have for consumers seeking powerful sound in a flexible sound system, the LUCAS Nano travels extremely light and sets up easily. It also offers the benefits of a full range system along with pristine, well-rounded stereo sound.

LUCAS Nano features subcompact dimensions and a miniscule footprint. Its self-contained 22lb package can be easily carried via built-in handles, and includes a dedicated subwoofer along with two incredibly small – yet surprisingly powerful – satellite speakers.

The entire setup of the LUCAS Nano is multi-functional, catering to a variety of user’s needs. The fist-sized satellite speakers can be mounted directly on top of the sub via HK’s Easy-Click connectors (requiring no additional wiring). They can also be mounted onto HK’s optional stand package, or even onto traditional mic stands and connected via instrument cables for added placement options and a true stereo experience. The Easy-Click system provides further versatility, allowing users to also connect two satellites and use them as one double-powered, mono speaker.

LUCAS Nano is also a great monitoring solution for gaming, and multimedia applications that can benefit from lightweight and portable audio systems. A 3-channel mixer built into the back of the sub can easily accommodate microphones, acoustic-electric and stereo instruments, and media players as well.
